The Ishayas’ Ascension meditation system is perfect for the busy 21st century mind. Regular practice allows us to experience all of the benefits of meditation , but without the strain and austerity associated with many forms of meditation.
I first came across the Ishayas’ Ascension meditation method in 1998 and quickly learned how to do it. Having tried other forms of meditation this was like a breath of fresh air.
I wasn’t trying to stop thoughts, so no fighting with my mind!
There was no belief system I had to adopt to practice it.
It was enjoyable. Meditation? Enjoyable? I almost cried with relief!
But best of all, it worked. Immediately I slept better, I stopped being so hard on myself, and my life began to fill up with good things. And I felt full – full of the presence of a peace that was huge and didn’t go away. I felt home.
All these years later I’m still practicing, and since 2003 I have been teaching these techniques to those who want to be free from constantly responding to whatever thoughts are in our minds, and to experience inner peace, joy and contentment.
We call it The Bright Path as it is the path of illumination, joy and lasting happiness.
Practicing The Ishayas’ Ascension Meditation Techniques Is So Simple.
The techniques are built around the positive qualities of Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. As we use the techniques these qualities grow in our lives – automatically and simply. All of this with no belief required.
You can even use the techniques eyes-open; at work, in the car, watching TV, and they help reduce the stress of day.
Ultimately, however, yoga is the path of awakening and I believe these techniques offer a simple, direct path to experience your birthright – self-realization.
